Sorry that I have not posted about my accident and told everyone about it yet. I was waiting because I took pictures on my phone and I was going to wait until I got pictures on my computer. For some stupid reason I can not get them up.
So anyways I was getting ready to go to school one morning and I almost stayed home because I was not feeling well that morning and I felt as if I was going to vomit. I live on State Road 23 which is a VERY busy street with the speed limit at 50MPH. Every time I pull out of my driveway I look three to four times. As I approached the end of my wet and a little foggy driveway I came to a complete stop and looked three times both ways. I saw nothing on either side except for a car coming on the right side about 150 yards away (the lights were all I could see). So I proceeded to pull out making a left turn. As I pulled out and got three fourths of the way out...BAM, CRASH, CRAP, DADS GOING TO KILL ME!!!!!!! I got hit in the rear drivers side door by a Jeep Cherokee going at least 50MPH. My car was totaled and I could not open either of the drivers side doors from the inside or outside. The rear doors window totally busted out. Most of the glass went in the back seat but quite a bit went on the hood, windshield, and on my seat. My rear axle was busted and tire flat! I could just barely open my trunk.
I was okay and the girl and boy were okay in their car. The girl driving was only sixteen years old and the boy in the car with her was only eighteen. Everyone walked away with scrapes and bruises but nothing major.
I felt very sore in my neck and my chest where the seat belt laid. My wrists were bruised up and scrapped and my knees hurt.
My Dad did not kill me, he was VERY calm and understanding, and helped me get a new car the next day. A 1998 Honda Accord LX Coupe 2 door. THANK YOU DADDY!
I guess what I am trying to say is, if you feel like you are going to vomit, then just stay home!
