Sorry for the Delay

First off I would just like to apologize. I have not blogged in SO long. I have been very busy with a lot of different things. Life is going VERY good right now and I am excited about what has happened and what is going to happen.

The North Carolina Tar Heels are National Champions again, which is AMAZING! The game was really good and I am really glad Hans finally got his championship.

The Titans draft day was really good and I was not disappointed at all. I was so glad we finally drafted a receiver and the one that I was hoping we would get. We need someone who is big and has good hands as Gage is a little old. I was at first upset with the pick of yet another tight end, but then I realized Crumpler is getting up there in age too, and the new tight end is GREAT! I love Chris Johnson but I was happy with the pickup of Ringer. Lets go get a ring Vince!

Well now for the changes in my life since my last blog. BuyCo, my old job, has decided to cut shifts, and I was cut a drastic ten shifts a month! Financially I could not afford to lose that many hours, so something had to change. Michiana Used Music and Media, my very good friends, happened to be opening up a new store in Elkhart in the next few weeks of me finding out that I would need a change, so it worked out perfect. I work fulltime now at MUMM, and I am loving it. It is busier and seems to be a lot faster of a day enough though I am working an eight hour shift. So far we are doing good, and the only place to go is up! Thanks again Artusi's

Monday, May 18, I GRADUATED High School at Notre Dame Joyce Center. There were so many kids so it did take a while. It felt so good to walk across the stage and know that I had done it. I had put the 13 years of my life in to get my diploma and work as hard as I could to get into a GREAT college!(Baker College, in Muskegon, MI) Now I get to finally go to school for what I want to do instead of what I have to do.

My family and I have moved to one of the best houses we have ever lived in. We moved from State Road 23 to Main Street.(Well actually Travers Circle) We now live in a Town Home in Williamsburg at the Lake. It is a two story 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath home. It is very nice, quiet, and all the people are very nice. My room did get smaller but I just got a new futon, entertainment center, and desk, so everything looks really nice.

With the new house comes a new dog. We got a Jack Russel Terrier, that is three years old. We decided to name him Jac, based off of Jacoby Ellsbury from the Boston Red Sox. He is a really good dog and has adjusted to the new house just as well as we have.

Well that is it for now, but I will be posting a LOT more!

40 Days Of Water

We have the gift of choice: Freedom to choose on any given day what clothes we will wear, what work we will do, what food we will eat and what we will drink. In nearly a third of the world injustice threatens to take away these basic kinds of choices that we take for granted. In these places a woman can choose to drink the unclean river water or the unclean puddle water. She can choose to walk once for four hours to get water or walk twice for eight hours to get more water. She can choose to give her children something to drink that she knows may make them sick or she can give them nothing at all. She can persist or give up. I can help give her a real choice.
All across the country people have committed to help save money to help bring clean water to African communities by making a simple sacrifice: drinking water. For forty days, something so seemingly small and insignificant like making water my only beverage can make huge, significant changes in the lives of those who live without what we rely upon everyday.
If you haven't committed yet we encourage you to make the choice; make water your ONLY beverage for 40 DAYS starting MARCH 1 and ending APRIL 9. Gather your friends and join in solidarity with our African brothers and sisters in an effort to provide clean water for communities in need. As you do so, we ask that you keep track of what money you would have typically spent on other drinks throughout the day and save that money. At the end of 40 days donate what you saved to Blood:Water. Imagine, if you saved $5 a day just by cutting out a visit to your local bar or barista, then you’d save $200 in 40 days. That’s enough to provide clean water for 200 people for an entire year!

So ditch the morning coffee and o.j., leave out the lunchtime soda, and cancel the evening beverage. You won’t need an ark for this 40 Days of Water, but you will need a little self-discipline. Make the choice. Visit bloodwatermission.com/40days to get started. There you will find further instructions and downloadable resources including a personal savings score card for you to print.

Get Your Fix

My brother has been in the comic book and collectibles business now for eight years. He has over 12,000 comics, a TON of collectibles, books, and toys. Every comic is bagged and boarded unless stated otherwise.

You can visit his store here. Be sure to visit daily because there are new items up every day!

He also has a blog for his store that you can visit here.

Finally!

I love this man! He is phenomenal at what he does. I am so glad he has started a blog. Everyone should read what he is writing and listen closely when he is speaking at church. My favorite pianist by far! Thank you Jason

CROWDED

This is how I, and many others that I have talked to, feel. P-H-M school's have 12 elementary school's going into 1 high school. Everytime I have to walk through the halls I do not get two feet before I have to stop because there is SO many people in front, behind, and next to you.

Please P-H-M, for the sake of your students, get at least one more High School.

Deals of the Week

I have been waiting for this to go on sale for ever since it came out and I saw it at Target. I absolutely love Targets clearance. It is originally $89.99. It was in the glass case for a few months and moved out onto the shelves with the other electronics not on sale. But on the one shelf closest to the t.v.'s is the clearance shelf. The first place I check while at Target. (Well unless I want a new blu-ray.)
See that little orange sticker on the top right hand corner of the box? That's the clearance sticker with the famous was and now section. Like I said it was $89.99. Well I got it for $22.48!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 75% OFF!!!!!!!!!!!
I also got three other PS3 games this week.( Actually I only bought two and my awesome girlfriend got me one) I said I was not going to buy any more games or blu-ray's for a little while because I got so many for Christmas. However, I could not pass up this deal. I got all of these for $10 a piece at Wal-Mart! Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, Transformer's the game, and my girlfriend got me Marvel Ultimate Alliance! Thanks Boo!

He Said What

Jay Leno; "With hurricanes,
tornadoes, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of bird flu and terrorist attacks, Are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?"
Pretty Freckin Cool

Happy New Year RESOLUTIONS!

So Like I have said before I do not think I am fat, I just want to be fit like I used to be. I plan on playing softball next year in college and want to be able to run the bases without being out of breathe. So one of my New Years resolutions is to go the gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the first month and more days the second month and so on. Starting Monday Night, Tom and I will be going to Anytime Fitness three times a week.

Another of my N.Y.R. is to stay focused in school and graduate with a G.P.A. of 3.up.

Another of my N.Y.R. is to accept and try to understand my step-father.

The last one, and I am not sure of when I am going to start is, serve in the Farm Room/Yard again at my church, GCC.

Whats Your's???!
